By browsing our website and/or purchasing products, you are using our "Service" and agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all users of the website. Please read them carefully before using the website. By using the website, you agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of the terms, you may not use the website. Any new features or tools will also be governed by these terms. The most current version is always available on this page. We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these terms by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform.


Article 1 – Definitions

Withdrawal period – the period during which the consumer may withdraw from the contract.

Consumer – a natural person who is not acting for business or professional purposes.

Professional – a company offering goods or services at a distance.

Distance contract – a contract concluded using only means of distance communication.

Day – calendar day.

Durable medium – any means that enables the consumer or the professional to store information addressed personally to them in a way that permits future consultation and unaltered reproduction of the stored information.

Right of withdrawal – the consumer's option to cancel the distance contract within the withdrawal period.

Model withdrawal form – the European model withdrawal form, which the consumer may use to exercise the right of withdrawal.

Long-term contract – a distance contract relating to a series of products or services, the delivery or purchase obligation of which is spread over time.

Means of distance communication – any means that can be used to conclude a contract without the consumer and the professional being in the same place at the same time.

Article 3 – Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and distance contracts between the professional and the consumer. The terms and conditions are provided to the consumer prior to the conclusion of the contract. In the case of an electronic contract, the terms and conditions are provided in such a way that they can be stored in a durable format.

Even if additional terms and conditions apply, the consumer is always entitled to the most favorable provision.


Article 4 – Offer

The offer is non-binding.

Descriptions must be accurate.

Images are realistic, but colors may vary.

The offer contains all information: prices, taxes, rights, obligations, payment, delivery, returns, and other important information.

Import VAT and customs duties in the consumer's country are borne by the consumer.


Article 5 – Contract

The contract shall enter into force upon acceptance of the offer by the consumer.
The professional shall confirm receipt of the order.
Electronic payments are secure.
The professional may assess the consumer's solvency.

The consumer is provided with information on:

the address for submitting complaints,

the right of withdrawal,

the guarantee,

termination of the contract.


Article 6 – Right of withdrawal (14 days)

The consumer may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product.
During this period, the product must be handled with care.
The return must be notified by email.
After notification, the consumer has 14 days to return the product.


Article 7 – Costs of withdrawal

The consumer shall bear the costs of returning the goods.
The refund shall be made within 14 days of the return.


Article 8 – Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

products made to order,

hygiene products with damaged packaging,

perishable products,

opened audio/video recordings or software,

newspapers and magazines,

services that have already begun to be provided.


Article 9 – Price

Prices shall not be increased during the period of validity of the offer, except for changes in VAT.

Import VAT and customs duties shall always be borne by the consumer.

Typographical errors shall not be binding on the professional.


Article 10 – Conformity and warranty

The products shall comply with the characteristics specified in the offer.
Defects must be reported within 14 days.
The warranty shall correspond to the manufacturer's warranty.


Article 11 – Delivery

Orders are fulfilled within 30 days, unless the consumer is informed otherwise.
If delivery is not possible, a substitute product may be offered.
The risk is transferred to the consumer only upon receipt of the goods.


Article 12 – Long-term contracts

A contract of indefinite duration for the regular delivery of products may be terminated by the consumer at any time, subject to a notice period of no more than one month.

A contract of fixed duration for the regular delivery of products may be terminated by the consumer at the end of the fixed term, subject to a notice period of no more than one month.

The consumer may terminate such contracts at any time and is not restricted to termination at a specific time or during a specific period.

A fixed-term contract for the regular delivery of products may not be tacitly renewed or extended for a fixed period. A contract that is tacitly renewed becomes a contract of indefinite duration, which the consumer may terminate at any time with a notice period of no more than one month.

Termination is effected in the same manner as the contract was concluded, and in any event by email to the address stated in Article 2.


Article 13 – Payment

Unless otherwise agreed, amounts owed by the consumer must be paid within 7 working days of the start of the withdrawal period, or, where there is no withdrawal period, within 7 working days of the conclusion of the contract.

The consumer is obliged to report any inaccuracies in payment details provided or stated to the professional without delay.

In the event of non-payment by the consumer, the professional may, subject to legal restrictions, charge reasonable costs made known to the consumer in advance.


Article 14 – Complaints procedure

Complaints about the performance of the contract must be submitted to the professional within 7 days of the consumer discovering the defect, fully and clearly described.

Complaints submitted to the professional will be answered within 14 days of the date of receipt. If a complaint requires a foreseeably longer processing time, the professional will confirm receipt within 14 days and indicate when the consumer can expect a more detailed response.

A complaint does not suspend the professional's obligations, unless the professional indicates otherwise in writing.

Dutch law applies.
