Return Policy

Your right of return
You can return your purchase within 30 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. This applies to every order, including pieces bought during our Studio Clearance.

Conditions
The returned product must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused and in its original packaging. Products for which hygiene is especially important must be thoroughly cleaned before starting the return process.

For hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned once used, such as underwear, bras, tights and certain personal care products. Pierced earrings can only be returned unworn, with the seal intact.

Announcing a return
Send an email to info@claraowen.com. Include your order number, the reason for the return, a photo of the product in case of a defect, and your contact details. You will then receive the return instructions and your prepaid UPS return label.

Return address
We will send you the return address by email after you have announced your return. Please always announce your return in advance.

Refund
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will confirm by email whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return. If you do not see the amount after that, first check with your bank and then contact us at info@claraowen.com.

Return shipping costs
Returns within the United States are free. Please use the prepaid UPS return label we send you, so that your return is tracked; we cannot be held liable for returns sent by another method that are lost in transit.

Damaged or wrong products
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, we will send you a replacement free of charge and cover the return costs. Should the error occur a second time, we will refund the full amount paid.

Cancellation
Orders are processed automatically, so we cannot always stop a shipment once it has been confirmed. If your order is already on its way, you can still make use of the right of return described above.
