Shipping Policy

Below you will find the estimated delivery time for all our orders:

● Once an order has been placed, we need 1-3 business days to process it. On weekdays this usually takes one day; if the order is placed on Friday evening or over the weekend, processing can take longer.
● As soon as the order has been processed, it is shipped with UPS, tracking included. The average delivery time is 5-9 business days.

All orders are delivered within 30 days at the latest. Should this not be possible, we will inform you and you can cancel the order free of charge.

Placing an order
Ordering from Clara & Owen is simple. Visit the product page and add the item you want to your cart. Make sure you have selected the right option and click "Checkout". Enter your details, check that everything is correct and continue to payment.

Clara & Owen uses SSL encryption, so payments are secure. You can pay with credit card (American Express, Mastercard, Visa), Shop Pay, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Click "Complete order" and follow the payment instructions. If you run into any problems, you can contact us at any time.

Shipping costs
We cover all shipping costs. All our products are shipped free of charge within the United States, with no minimum order value. We currently ship to the United States only.

Shipping your order
We do everything we can to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Every order leaves our Asheville studio with UPS, and you receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.
