Return period: the period within which the consumer can withdraw from the contract.
Consumer: a natural person who is not acting for commercial or professional purposes.
Business: a company offering goods or services at a distance.
Distance contract: a contract concluded exclusively by means of remote communication.
Day: calendar day.
Durable medium: any means that enables the consumer or the business to store information addressed personally to them in a way that allows it to be consulted and reproduced unchanged in the future.
Right of return: the consumer's option to withdraw from the distance contract within the return period.
Means of remote communication: any means that can be used to conclude a contract without the consumer and the business being in the same place at the same time.

Article 3: Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to every offer, order and distance contract between the business and the consumer. The Terms and Conditions are made available to the consumer before the contract is concluded. In the case of an electronic contract, the Terms and Conditions are provided in such a way that they can be stored on a durable medium.
Even where additional terms apply, the consumer is always entitled to the provision that is most favorable to them.
Article 4: Offer
The offer is non-binding.
Descriptions must be accurate.
Images are realistic, but colors may vary. Every piece is handcrafted, so small differences between pieces are part of what makes each one unique and are not defects.
The offer contains all information: prices, taxes, rights, obligations, payment, delivery, returns and other important information.
Applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout.
Article 5: Contract
The contract takes effect when the consumer accepts the offer.
The business confirms receipt of the order.
Electronic payments are secure.
The business may check the consumer's ability to pay.
The consumer receives information about:
the contact details for submitting complaints,
the right of return,
the guarantee,
the termination of the contract.
Article 6: Right of return (30 days)
The consumer may withdraw from the purchase within 30 days of receiving the product.
During this period the product must be handled with care.
The return must be announced by email.
After the announcement, the consumer has 30 days to send the product back.
Article 7: Costs of a return
Return shipping within the United States is free of charge: after announcing the return, the consumer receives a prepaid UPS return label.
The refund is made within 14 days after the return has been received.
Article 8: Exceptions to the right of return
The right of return does not apply to:
made-to-measure or personalized products,
hygiene-sensitive products whose seal has been broken (such as pierced earrings),
perishable products,
opened audio or video recordings or software,
newspapers and magazines,
services whose performance has already begun.
Article 9: Price
All prices are shown in US dollars.
Prices are not increased during the validity period of the offer, except for changes in sales tax.
A crossed-out price is the regular price at which the item was previously offered on this site.
Typing errors are not binding on the business.
Article 10: Conformity and guarantee
The products conform to the characteristics stated in the offer.
Defects must be reported within 14 days.
Every order is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee as described in our Return Policy.
Article 11: Delivery
Orders are fulfilled within 30 days unless the consumer is informed otherwise.
If delivery is not possible, a replacement product may be offered.
The risk passes to the consumer only upon receipt of the goods.
Article 12: Payment
Unless otherwise agreed, the amounts owed by the consumer are to be paid within 7 business days after the start of the return period; if there is no return period, within 7 business days after the contract is concluded.
The consumer is obliged to report any inaccuracies in the payment details provided or stated to the business without delay.
If the consumer is late with payment, the business is entitled, within the legal limits, to charge reasonable costs that have been communicated to the consumer in advance.
Article 13: Complaints procedure
Complaints about the performance of the contract must be submitted to the business within 7 days of discovering the defect, fully and clearly described.
Complaints submitted are answered within 14 days of receipt. If a complaint is expected to require a longer processing time, the business confirms receipt within 14 days and indicates when the consumer can expect a detailed answer.
A complaint does not suspend the obligations of the business unless the business states otherwise in writing.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States.
